When changing your connection or EDI provider please note, Waitrose doesn't have the testing capability for ordering so we cannot carry this out for you.

• Once the interconnect is in place a go-live date will be agreed upon between both parties
• Once the connection is in place and live for orders, we can arrange your first test order.
