Uploading the Template to Mirakl

Once a Template has been populated, it can then be uploaded to Mirakl to be checked, approved and accepted by the JL Product Launch team. 

To upload a product template:

• Go to Catalog > Product imports > Import Products

• Select your file

• Click Confirm

If you are importing offers (not products)

• Go to Price and stock > File imports (offers import)

If you want to verify whether an uploaded catalog/product file has errors and retrieve the error report.

• Go to Catalog > Product imports.

• Find your import file in the list.

This will show the Import Status and how many lines have Errors (Lines with errors)

• Click View Details

If there are errors, click and Download the Source file error report, this will show any mandatory attributes that have been missed or incorrectly populated.
