Central Transport

Overview

Our Central Transport team support with vehicle accidents/insurance, vehicle maintenance, driver development including telematics and driver cards, administration and fuel card queries, car operations finance queries. This article provides information for Central Transport supplier queries.

Invoicing

Please submit invoices through the below routes dependent on purchase order prefix:

• PO Prefixed JLC/JLD/WTR - Please submit these through the Coupa site linked here
• PO Prefixed EXT or a parts prefix listed in the table below; please email one invoice per pdf containing a valid purchase order number to [email protected]

For overdue invoices:

• Coupa invoices - For assistance locating invoices on coupa please refer to the guides available here
• Emailed invoices -please email [email protected] with the subject line 'OVERDUE'

For invoices on hold due to pricing differences, insufficient receipts, invalid purchase order numbers etc, please email your primary contact. This will be dependent on the location/workshop and contact details can be found in the table below.

Payments

For information on invoice payment dates or remittance copies, please refer to below sites. Remittances are available on the below site, regardless of how the invoice has been entered onto the system.

Account changes

Please login to the coupa portal to make account changes to the following information:

• Bank Details
• Company Address
• Primary Contact Change (for access to Coupa)
