LIGHTING REQUIREMENTS

This page will highlight some of the requirements that need to be provided with products relating to Lighting. 

Where required, please ensure these are sent through alongside smartsheets and imagery so there is no delay to launch.

Lighting User Manuals

Where needing to be provided, please ensure user manuals follow the below requirements:

o Provided as a PDF

o Images in JPEG/TIFF format cannot be accepted

o Named as SKU_mnl1 (EG 12345678_mnl1)

o Ensure these are sent to the relevant teams inbox alongside smartsheets and imagery so they are available for launch

Energy Ratings

Where energy rating labels are required, these must be provided as an JPEG and be provided with the rest of the imagery that is required for launch.

Please ensure this is uploaded directly to the supplier portal as SKU_10 (EG 12345678_10). See image guidelines section of this website for additional portal information.

Legislation states that energy rating labels are needed for light sources (bulbs, integrated products, control gear) rather than luminaires (lamps, containing product).

Lamps without bulbs do not need energy ratings as its dependent on the end user.

Failure to provide energy rating labels for products that require them will lead to a delay in launch, as we cannot put these live without them being provided.
